1. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
To confirm a booking, guests may be required to provide personal information and payment details.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially during peak seasons or holidays.
A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for verification.

2. Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package or offer.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
In case of non-payment or declined payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may result in no refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel is not liable for any loss or theft.
Damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
Guests must respect hotel rules, staff, and other guests during their stay.
Illegal or disruptive behavior will result in eviction without refund.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse or attempt to harm the website, its server, or its services.
You may not use the website for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Any feedback or suggestions submitted to the website may be used by Magnum Hotel without compensation or obligation.

8. Children & Extra Guests

Children under 12 may stay free with existing bedding, unless otherwise stated.
